Returns and Refunds 

Returns and refunds are not availabile. However you may cancel your membership at any time through your customer account. Your Founding Member spot is reserved for you as long as your subscription remains active. If you cancel, your membership space would be offered to the next collector on the waiting list.

Damages 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in shipping so that we can replace the item as soon as possible. Please include a photo of the packaging and the broken piece in your correspondence.
